About the API:
Our Planets Info API provides detailed information about the 8 planets in our solar system. This includes well-known planets like Earth and Mars, as well as smaller planets like Mercury and Pluto.
To use the API, simply make a GET request with the name of the desired planet. The API will then return a detailed profile of the planet, including its size, and distance from the sun.
Our Planets Info API is a valuable resource for astronomy enthusiasts, educators, and anyone interested in learning more about our solar system. It's easy to use and can be integrated into any app or website. Try it out today and explore the wonders of the cosmos.

The Get Info endpoint returns detailed information about a specified planet, including its mass, radius, temperature, and distance from Earth, among other attributes.
Key fields in the response include "name" (planet name), "mass" (relative to Jupiter), "radius" (relative size), "temperature" (in Kelvin), and "distance_light_year" (distance from Earth).
The response data is structured as a JSON array containing objects, each representing a planet with key-value pairs for its attributes, making it easy to parse and utilize in applications.
The endpoint provides information such as mass, radius, temperature, distance from Earth, and orbital period, offering a comprehensive profile of each planet.
Users can customize requests by specifying the name of the desired planet in the GET request, allowing for targeted information retrieval.
The data is compiled from reputable astronomical sources and databases, ensuring accuracy and reliability in the information provided about each planet.
Typical use cases include educational tools, astronomy websites, mobile apps for learning, and interactive experiences that engage users with planetary information.
Users can leverage the returned data for visualizations, educational content, or integrating planetary facts into applications, enhancing user engagement and learning experiences.
