About the API:
This API will detect any license plate present in a given image and it will deliver a new image with the LP blured. Easy to implement and fast response!
This API will receive an image URL and it will deliver a base64 encoded image where the license plate is blurred. Later you will need to decode the base64 image to retrieve it.
Car resellers: This API is ideal for those car resellers that want to post car pictures but don't want to show the license plate. Programatically you will be able to blur those license plates.
Data protection: If your company works on a daily basis posting pictures outdoors, it's common that you come across some vehicles and their license plates. Avoid giving information by blurring those plates before posting any pictures!
Besides API call limitations per month, there are no other limitations.

The License Plate Blur API returns a base64 encoded image where any detected license plates in the input image are blurred. The response also includes metadata such as the image's URL, dimensions, and an MD5 hash for verification.
The key fields in the response include "status" (indicating success or failure), "name" (URL of the processed image), "md5" (hash of the image), "width" and "height" (dimensions), and "entities" (details about the anonymized image).
The response data is structured as a JSON object containing a "results" array. Each result includes a "status" object and various fields like "name," "md5," "width," "height," and "entities" that provide detailed information about the processed image.
The primary parameter for the License Plate Blur API is the image file, which must be in JPG or PNG format. Users can customize their requests by providing different image URLs for processing.
Users can decode the base64 encoded image to retrieve the blurred image. The "name" field provides a direct URL to the processed image, while the "md5" hash can be used to verify the integrity of the image.
Typical use cases include car resellers wanting to anonymize license plates in vehicle images and companies needing to protect privacy by blurring license plates in outdoor photos before sharing them publicly.
The License Plate Blur API employs advanced image processing algorithms to accurately detect and blur license plates. Continuous updates and improvements to the detection algorithms help maintain high accuracy and reliability.
Users can expect consistent results where detected license plates are effectively blurred in the output image. If no license plates are found, the original image will be returned without modifications, ensuring clarity in processing outcomes.
