To use this API users must provide an Australian phone number.
The USA Phone Data API validates numbers, identifies locations and operators, and improves data accuracy.
The API uses API keys for authentication. To access the API, include your API key in the request header. The API key is provided upon registration and should be kept secure.
The API provides detailed information about phone numbers, including the type of number (mobile or landline), the associated geographic location such as latitude and longitude, the validity of the number, and formatting suggestions.
Besides the number of API calls per month, there are no other limitations.
The GET Phone Data endpoint returns comprehensive details about a U.S. phone number, including the full name of the individual associated with the number, their complete address (street, city, state, ZIP code), and standardized phone number format.
The key fields in the response data include "full_name," "address," "phone_number," and "status." The "status" field indicates whether the query was successful or if no data was found.
The response data is structured in JSON format, with key-value pairs for each field. For example, a successful response includes fields like "full_name" and "address" clearly delineated for easy access.
The GET Phone Data endpoint provides information such as the individual's full name, complete address, and the standardized format of the phone number associated with the queried number.
Users can customize their data requests by specifying the phone number in the query parameter. This allows for targeted retrieval of information associated with a specific number.
The data is sourced from various public records and telecommunications databases, ensuring a broad coverage of U.S. phone numbers and associated individuals.
Typical use cases include verifying identities for customer service, enhancing marketing outreach, and conducting background checks by obtaining accurate contact information linked to phone numbers.
If the API returns a status of "error" with the message "No data found," it indicates that the queried phone number does not have associated data. Users should verify the number format or check for possible inaccuracies in the input.
