The Mail Assurance API ensures that the email addresses provided are valid and exist, avoiding bounced emails and obsolete contact lists. The validation process is carried out in several stages. First, it verifies that the email format is correctly structured according to email standards. Next, it performs a check of the domain's MX (Mail Exchange) records, ensuring that the domain is configured to receive mail. Finally, the system validates the existence of the specific mailbox, providing an additional layer of confirmation that the email can be successfully delivered. This API is ideal for companies that send emails in large volumes, such as marketing platforms, online stores or services that require user confirmation. By removing invalid emails from databases, companies can optimize their delivery rates and reduce bounce rates, improving domain reputation and increasing the efficiency of their email campaigns.
